Massey Knakal, Manhattan's leading commercial real estate firm, hired Unreal Group to re-design and develop MKSS2™, a proprietary CRM and Transaction Management System.
Our team began with a basic SWOT analysis followed by two months of detailed planning and focus groups. As requirements solidified, our UX team assembled a detailed wireframe catalogue to visualize the flow of each major component. While architectural decisions were made, our design team began to translate each wireframe into clean, visually-appealing layouts.
During the engineering phase, communication with the client remained frequent as each iteration progressed into tangible functionality. Test and review sessions were held weekly in order to facilitate rapid feedback on newly delivered features.
On December 15th, 2014, after nearly seven months of development and upon successful completion of a robust CRM, Massey Knakal announced their acquisition by global real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
